Support Maranatha Volunteers International in building two school
campuses and 50 One-Day Churches in Zambia, one of Africa’s best-known
tourist destinations. Home to the world-famous Victoria Falls, Zambia
attracts tourists from around the globe for its natural beauty and
outdoorsmen’s setting. Zambia is also home to a thriving Seventh-day
Adventist community that desperately needs schools and church
buildings.
Church membership has doubled in Zambia over the
past two years. More than 600,000 members worship throughout the
country, as many as 20,000 of them in the capital city region of
Livingstone. Most members do not have a church building or a Christian
school for their children.
Each of the two schools to be built
by Maranatha will hold 350 students, and the 50 churches will enable
membership to continue growing. You can help the people of Zambia by
volunteering to go on a Maranatha project or by donating funds.
Livingstone Project Updates Volunteers recently gathered in Livingstone, Zambia for a large project and helped build two elementary school campuses, One-Day Churches, conducted medical and dental clinics and children's outreach.
