Maranatha Participates in Regional Campmeetings
Maranatha visited several Seventh-day Adventist campmeetings this summer to promote the organization and invite people to go on mission trips.

“Campmeetings give us an opportunity to meet with people who otherwise wouldn’t have heard of Maranatha and talk with them on how they can be involved in spreading the church’s mission around the world by getting involved in building projects,” says Doug Clark, assistant to the president for Maranatha.

Leaders of the Redwood, Calif., regional campmeeting asked to purchase one of Maranatha’s One-Day Churches to promote participation in the program worldwide. The Adventist Church in Northern California has been active with Maranatha since 2008 when they launched a program to build 25 churches in Mozambique.

Other campmeetings held this year were in Arizona on June 11 and Washington state on June 17.
